I am a new lawyer trying to make it in the real world. I also have a strong interest in exercise, holistic health, and no-nonsense approaches to keeping yourself healthy. This blog is my attempt at blending those two parts of my life into one.
I am a new lawyer faced with trying to stay in shape while I launch my legal career. Last year I was able to drop from a starting weight of 235 to 192 using bodyweight exercises and interval training. I hope to share this experience with others and help them with their goals of living a healthy lifestyle.
